Here is a short update on our foals:
Hrafntinna’s filly is maturing well and at 6 weeks old displays herself as a solid little horse, with sweet personality, spunk and great gaits – lots, lots of tolt. She is a joy to watch. Man if we were 20 years younger this little mare would not be for sale! She will be a terrific brood mare.
Vinka’s colt is glad to have found a playmate and wrestling partner in Tindra’s colt. He shows us trot and tolt and seems to become an elegant horse. Like his full-brother Naskur he is showing very good canter too. He is 4-gaited for sure.
Tindra’s colt is the smallest of all, yet with good proportions. Having shown only tolt until recently, he now starts to show more and more trot. He seems to be an old soul – so wise and self-confident. Then again he is silly and just racing around.
I can’t describe Tvista’s colt – he is funny, so well gaited, sweet, full of it, . . . – all the good stuff. He is now out with Logi and his mom. Tvista is of course being an excellent mom again. I am hoping to get a filly one of these years!!
